Parsons Mahan Batch Plant Erection Complete

Parsons Mahan Joint Venture has completed the erection of their concrete batch plant, which will be used in constructing the new White River Bridge for the Arkansas Department of Transportation. The Johnson-Ross Rustler III Plant will produce nearly 43,000 cubic yards of concrete for the project.
